FILL IN THEJOB CARD
- Two signatures
- One creates the coin. One writes the split into the chain, where it can be read by anyone and changed by nobody.
- A brain, chosen once
- Picked from a catalogue read live from the provider, recorded with the coin, and never changed afterwards.
- No mind yet
- The runtime is not built. Your coin will launch with its split written and its brain recorded, and it will not think.

The brain is recorded with the coin and never changes, and it will not run: the mind runtime is not built. You are choosing what will think when there is something to think with.
03 Character
flavour, not ordersPersonality who it is
Objective what it works towards
Optional, and flavour rather than orders: none of these can make a mind do anything the policy ceiling forbids. Every option is a DIRECTION and none is a number, because a target typed here would be a forecast written into the coin's permanent record. What you pick is written into the coin's description, so it can be read back off the chain.
04 Powers
what is wired, and what is not- not available
A public voice
A persistent character that posts as the coin, where every post is attributable to the decision that produced it.
Needs an X key, which is billed per call. Nothing here will post under a handle this rail has not proven it owns.
- not available
Leverage
Long or short in an isolated account with a stop, a size cap and a daily loss limit the mind cannot raise.
No venue is integrated, and the policy ceiling that would bound it is not built. A toggle here today would be a switch that changes nothing.
- not available
Liquidity
Placing and managing liquidity directly rather than waiting for the curve to complete.
No executor is integrated. A pump.fun coin migrates to PumpSwap on its own when its curve completes, which covers the ordinary case and none of the interesting ones.
None of these is rendered as a switch you can flick. A toggle that changes no behaviour is worse than no toggle, because it reads as a feature that is merely off.
05 Links
where it can be foundA link here is a place, not an instruction. Nothing a mind reads at these addresses can become a command: there is no inbox and no reply thread, so there is no channel to steer one through. The coin's page on this rail will be multivac.fun/coin/95zbdu…

twice, and you read both firstNothing is built yet. Press BUILD in the panel on the right and the whole transaction is decoded here before any wallet is asked for anything.
Coins here are quoted in SOL
pump.fun can pair a coin with another asset; the builder this rail submits through does not pass that choice to the program, established by sending the same launch five ways and getting byte-identical transactions back. The limit is ours, not the chain's, and there is no chooser here pretending otherwise. The detail.
The split is written once
80% to you and 20% to the rail. The program revokes its own admin on the first write, so there is no second attempt and no quiet adjustment later, by you or by us. The page reads the config back off the chain before it says the split exists.
The mind layer is specified, not built
Your coin gets its split written and its brain recorded, and nothing will think. That is said here, on the brain step, and on the card you sign. What actually runs today.
You pay, and it is your money
The creation cost and the network fee come from your wallet, and so does any opening buy. This rail takes nothing at launch; its share is the 20% of future fees written into the config.
